Alexi Murdoch,又是一位出色的民谣诗人,听他的音乐让人想到了Damien Rice,好象英伦三岛从来不缺少这样的魅力男人.都是那样的温暖舒服,还带着点小忧伤,让人情不自禁的深陷其中."Time Without Consequence",Alexi的新唱片,也是他第一张正式的专集,之前好象只出过一张EP.

专辑里最被人所熟知的莫过于那首《Orange Sky》了，是当红美剧《越狱》的插曲,同时也是另一部红遍美国的青少年题材电视剧《橘子郡男孩》的主题歌,可见这首歌来头不小了.
听第一遍的时候没什么感觉,很平淡,replay了2遍之后,慢慢品出了味道.简单的原声吉他总是能制造出最原始的感动,再配上Alexi成熟低沉的嗓音,就这样慢慢的向你诉说心事.Orange Sky,橘色天空.什么时候的天空是红色的呢?当然是傍晚.很耐听的一首歌,歌曲里讲的是一段兄弟之情,刚好符合上述两部电视剧的主题.听着这首歌，总是有种淡淡的忧伤涌上心头.同样感觉的还有那首Song For You.

但是不要以为这是一张纯粹的民谣唱片,Alexi还是很有野心的.其中的一首"12"就是一首非常出色的后摇作品,"Home"也是颇具实验性的一首歌,强烈的迷幻色彩。
